2. Conventions

This user guide adheres to the following basic typographical conventions.

• Names of commands and UI components such as buttons and checkboxes are written in blue (e.g. "Click OK").
• Each step of a multi-step task is listed with numbers ('1 2 3') in front of it.
• Screen captures of various program features a provided to aid in your understanding.
• Special tips and usage notes are written inside Gray Boxes.
