This document provides information on how to manage test case types of the TESTaide application.

Add Test Case Type

To add a test case type:

1. Click the '⚙ Settings' button in the header.

2. Select the ‘Test Case Type' menu on the sidebar.

3. In the test case type management page, click the ‘Add Test Case Type’ button on the top right.

4. In the ‘Add TC Type’ pop-up window, enter the following information.
   
   

   • Parent Code : You cannot edit the Parent Code.

   • Code ID* : The Code ID must be unique.

   • Code Value* : The name that the test case type will be displayed as.

   • Use Y/N* : Whether to make the type usable or not.

   • Description : The maximum length is 1000 characters.

   • Related Info #1 : Enter the information related to the test case type.

5. Click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to complete adding a test case type.

To edit the information of the test case type, click the ‘edit’ icon besides the test case type.

To change order among test case types, click the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ icon besides the test case types.

To delete a test case type, click the ‘Remove’ icon besides the test case type.
