Welcome to TESTaide!

This guide introduces you to and how to navigate the TESTaide application. For information regarding the administrative features, please refer to the Administration Guide.

Logging in

When first entering the TESTaide application you will be greeted by the login webpage.

  • If you have an existing account, enter your ID & password followed by clicking the login button. If the information is correct you will be redirected the TESTaide homepage.

  • If you do not have an existing account, please contact a System Administrator. For more information about user management, please refer to this guide.

The TESTaide application requires a license key to function, if there is no license key available or the existing license key has expired, please contact a System Administrator. For more information about the license, please refer to the License Management guide.

The TESTaide homepage

The TESTaide homepage provides you with a few different items

The Header

The header will be available on the top of which ever webpage that you enter and will help you navigate around TESTaide. The header provides you with 7 different options in the following order:

  • The left-most item is the TESTaide Logo. By clicking on the logo, TESTaide will always redirect you back to the TESTaide homepage.

  • The ☰ option will simply show and hide the left-hand side navigation bar by clicking on it.

  • The project option acts the same with the logo, it will redirect you to the homepage where you can view your projects.

  • The environment option redirects you to the environment management page, here you can interact with the existing environments or create new ones.

    • Note that this feature is only available for the PRO version of TESTaide.

  • The tag search allows you to search for items by their tag, for more information about tag searching, refer to this guide.

  • The administration opens redirects you to the Application Management webpage from which you are able to manage environments, users & permissions, and more.

    • Note that this feature is only available for System Administrators of the application.

  • The user info options opens up a drop-down menu providing you with the currents user username & e-mail, the available languages (default options are Korean and English), as well as the options to log out the current user.

On the left-hand side of the webpage will be displayed the webpage-specific navigation bar which changes depending on which page you are currently on. For the homepage, the navigation bar allows you to sort the project on the project table based on their type.

The project table

The main feature of the homepage is the project table. This table presents you with all of the currently available projects that you have the permission to interact with.

  • You can utilize the search bar on top of the table to search for projects with the selected options.

    • Click the ‘Reset' button to reset any current search and retrieve the original list of projects.

  • You are also able to order the project by simply selecting the desired column.
