This document was written to share a guide on setting up attachment download management for Attachment Security Manager for Jira.

Download history settings

Download settings allow you to view attachment download history, download groups, and IP settings.

Common settings

You can restrict the download of attachments in Jira's entire project by setting the attachment download restriction.

To do this, go to Admin> Manage App > Attachment Manager> Download history settings > Common settings.

Preferences

Download settings are performed through the following settings.

• Enable
  Enable to manage attachment download history.

• View History
  When the history view is activated, the attachment file history view is activated in the issue activity.R

• Restrict Group
  The entered group cannot download attached files.

• Restrict IP
  The entered IP cannot be downloaded from the attached file.

Issue activity tab

• View failed history
  Set to display the history of download failures of non-authorized persons in the download history of issues

• Number of history
  Set the maximum number of lists in the download history of an issue
