All attachment list

Attachment Security Manager for Jira allows you to list all attachments in Jira and search through various search filters.

To do this, go to Admin> Manage App > Attachment Manager > All attachments list.

Attachment search option

Attachment search options are as follows :

• Project
  Shows the attached file of the basic whole project.
  When selecting a specific project, only the attached file of the project can be checked.

• Key
  When entering a specific issue key, you can check the attached file of the issue.

• Name(Filename)
  When entering a keyword, you can check the issues including the keyword.

• Extensions
  When you enter an extension, you can check the issues that include the extension.

• Registration date(From ~ To)
  You can check the list of attached files based on the attached file registration date.

• Author
  When entering a user name, the list of attachments registered by the user can be checked.

• Display(Numbers)
  Enter the number of attachment list you want to display on one page.

Attachment List

• Sort
  You can sort the list by File Name, File Size, Extension, Created Date, and Count of downloads.

• Delete
  You can delete the attached files in bulk by selecting the check box.

• CSV Export
  After searching, you can export the searched attached file list to a CSV file through the CSV Export button at the top.
