All download list

Attachment Security Manager for Jira allows you to check Jira's attachment download history list and search through various options.

To do this, go to Admin > Manage App > Attachment Manager > All download list.

Download search options

Project
Shows the download history of the basic whole project.
When selecting a specific project, you can only check the download history of the project.
Key
When you enter a specific issue key, you can check the download history of the issue.
Name
When entering a keyword, you can check the download history including the keyword.
Status
You can check the download history by selecting the download success or fail.
If a non-authorized person requests to download an attached file, it is marked as a download fail.
IP
When entering the access IP, you can check the download history of the attached file from the IP.
Download From - To
You can check the download history for a specific period.
User
You can check the download history of a specific user.
Display
Select the number of attachment download lists you want to display on one page.

Sort
You can sort by file name, file size, user, status, download date, and access IP.
