This document provides how to manage the language type of TESTaide.

Add Language

To add a language:

1. In TESTaide home, click the ‘Administration’ button in header.

2. Select the ‘Language Settings’ menu on the sidebar.

3. In the language management page, click the ‘Add Language’ button on the top right.

4. In the ‘Add Language’ pop-up window, enter the following information.
   

   • Parent Code : You cannot edit it.

   • Code ID* : The code id must be unique.

   • Code Value* : The name in which language will be displayed.

   • Use Y/N* : Whether to use or not

   • Description : The maximum length is 1000 characters.

   • Related Info #1 : Enter the information related to the language.

5. Click the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to complete adding a language.
   

📌 To edit the information of the language, click the ‘edit’ icon besides the language.

📌 To change order among languages, click the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ icon besides the language.

📌 To delete a language, click the ‘Remove’ icon besides the language.
