This document provides how to manage test environment for TESTaide.

  1. In TESTaide home, click the ‘Environment’ menu in header.

  2. In the environment page, click the ‘Create Environment’ button.

  3. In the ‘New Environment’ pop-up window, enter the following information.

  4. Click the ‘Save’ button to complete at the bottom to complete the test environment creation.

Manual

  • Type* : Select Manual between Manual, Server, Hub

  • Platform : Linux, Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android

  • Browser* : Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Internet ExplorerSafari, Etc

  • Browser version : the The version of browser

  • Tags : You can search for environments at the top Tag Search with that tag.

  • Description : The maximum length is 1000 characters.

  • Environment Name* : Automatically generated like ‘Type-Platform-Browser’. (You can edit)

Server

  • Type* : Select Server between Manual, Server, Hub

  • Platform* : Linux, Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android

  • Browser* : Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer

  • Browser version : Chrome, Firefox, Internet ExplorerThe version of browser

  • Browser Path* : Where the browser is installed

  • Driver File Path* : Where the driver was downloaded

  • Tags : You can search for environments at the top Tag Search with that tag.

  • Description : The maximum length is 1000 characters.

Hub

  • Type*: Select Hub between Manual, Server, Hub
