This document provides guidance on user management within a project in odi test manager

Preconditions

• 프로젝트에서 사용자 관리를 위해 "프로젝트 관리자" 역할 필요하다.

프로젝트 사용자 관리

프로젝트 사용자 추가

프로젝트의 사용자 추가하기 위해 다음 절차를 따라 진행한다. 

1. 프로젝트 우측 메뉴 하단에 설정 선택
2. 하위 메뉴에서 "사용자 관리" 선택
3. 사용자 관리 페이지가 나타나면 오른쪽 상단 "사용자 추가" 버튼 클릭
4. 사용자를 추가하기 위해 다음 정보를 선택
   1. 역할 
      1. 플랜/TC 등 생성
         테스트 계획을 생성하고 TC를 생성할 수 있는 사용자
      2. TC 평가
         계획에 따라 테스트케이스 수행할 수 있는 사용자
      3. 프로젝트 보기
         테스트 프로젝트 접근 권한을 가진 사용자
      4. 프로젝트 관리자
         테스트 프로젝트 관리 권한을 가진 사용자
   2. 사용자
      역할을 부여할 사용자 선택
5. 하단 "저장" 버튼 클릭

프로젝트 사용자 삭제

프로젝트 사용자를 삭제하기 위해 다음 절차를 따라 진행한다.

• Either  "Project Manager" or "System Admin" is required for managing users
• Access a certain project
  1. Click "Project" at the top menu
  2. Click "Key" or "Project Name" from a project listed to access the project

Project User Management

Add a user to a project

Following steps can be taken to add a user to a certain project

1. Click "Settings" at the bottom of the sider bar, which is located at the left-hand side of the screen
2. Click "User Mgmt." from its sub-menus
3. Once User Mgmt. page appears, click "Add User" button at the top-right corner
4. Consider followings to add a user 
   1.  Role
      1. Create Plan/TC ...
         A user who is able to create test cases(TCs) as well as test plans
      2. TC Execute
         A user who can execute TCs
      3. View Project
         A user who is able to view test projects
      4. Project Admin
         A user who can manage test projects
   2. User
      Choose a user who will be assigned a role with
5. Click "Save" button at the bottom of the dialog

Delete a Project User 

To delete a project user, please take steps below:

1. Click "Settings" at the bottom of the sider bar, which is located at the left-hand side of the screen
2. Click "User Mgmt." from its sub-menus
3. Once User Mgmt. page appears, click a bin image, i.e., a delete button, aligned with a row that includes a specific user to be deleted  
4. Once a dialog with confirmation message, "Are you sure to Delete?" appears, click OK button
